I love podcasts and have been listening to MacBreak Weekly since it first started. One of the guys on the show, Alex Lindsay, has a kid the same age as my daughter. I sent him a tweet Monday once Zoo Sounds was released to the App Store knowing that he’d probably like it and his kid would enjoy playing it. I had no idea he’d choose Zoo Sounds as his pick of the week.
If you use a Mac and are remotely interested in Apple news, you should really give MacBreak Weekly a listen. It’s hosted by Leo Laporte, “The Tech Guy” from the radio and from TechTV back int he days. By far the most entertaining Mac podcast out there.
Oh, and the latest episode mentions us, 49 minutes in.

It’s a little hard to tell since the podcast just came out but it was a healthy bump. Not a “quit my job, living on the beach” bump, but a “pay back my developers fees” bump.
I’ll probably post a review on my personal blog in a few weeks. This isn’t really the place to talk specifics but I’ll share for sure. http://lawrenceingraham.com

Hello! I heard Alex pick the app–I have ideas I’m working on aimed at that age as well. I’m wondering how much of a bump % wise in sales you see from a mention on Macbreak Weekly….would you be willing to share?
